Contract: Permanent role

Location: Hybrid - a mix of work from home and London office with three days per week based in the office in Deptford

Starting salary: £37,000 to £40,000

As Senior Communications and Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Strategic Director to develop communications across all channels and strategic elements. The organisation is looking for someone who is inspired by change and driven by excellence.

Key responsibilities within the Senior Communications and Marketing Manager role include:

• Develop and implement communications strategies that will improve awareness of Blueprint for All's work amongst key audiences including partners, beneficiaries, supporters and regular donors
• Lead and manage a small team of three including a Communications and Marketing Manager, and a Coordinator
• With Strategic Director, develop and implement launch campaign for "My Blueprint for All" digital portal which is the organisation's portal designed to offer a tailored experience for young people based nationally where they can view the most relevant content and opportunities for them
• Deliver regular communications work including further development and regular updating of the organisation's website, preparing regular email communications, managing the production of reports including impact reports, and maintaining a social media presence across platforms

We would love to hear from you if have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent English language skills, with a particular emphasis on written ability and the ability to write and communicate key findings from quantitative and qualitative data analysis in a clear and compelling manner to a range of audiences
• Well-developed inter-personal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with stakeholders which enables you to communicate effectively across all levels
• Line management experience and a desire to lead a small team
• A proven track record in Communications and profile-raising, developing engaging and creative communications
• Digital marketing skills and expertise
• The ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure, prioritising workload to achieve deadlines.
• Working knowledge of current IT applications for communications
