Interim Senior Communications Officer – Internal Change
Based in London, 2 days per week on site
Length: 3 – 4 months

The Interim Senior Communications Officer will lead on internal Communications for a Local Authorities corporate change programme.
Key responsibilities for the Interim Senior Communications Officer:
- Deliver effective internal Communications and engagement to drive impactful culture change
- Work with senior staff to understand priorities and messaging
- Breathe life into the programme giving it context for staff and employees
- Deliver the tactical internal comms function through the variety of different channels
Experience and knowledge required of Interim Senior Communications Officer:
- Strategic communications planning and delivery/implementation
- Able to evidence successful internal communications related to change/culture change
- Ability to engage with staff at all levels, via a number of channels and forums
- Successful delivery of an Internal Change comms campaign, within a local authority
