Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Conference Producer to head some of our most successful portfolios as well as new event launches. The successful candidate will play a central role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-profile conferences within the Automotive and Aviation Sectors, addressing exciting technology innovations. As a Senior Conference Producer, you will author the agendas, curate engaging content focused on key and current industrial challenges, and establish meaningful partnerships to ensure the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end conference production , from conceptualization to execution.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, challenges, topics, and potential speakers.
• Research markets & hot topics through telephone-based interviews .
• I dentify the need-to-know issues to write a world-class agenda.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling and relevant conference agendas .
• Identify and secure high-profile speakers , thought leaders, and industry experts.
• Manage speaker relationships and provide guidance on content development.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns .
• Drive innovation in conference formats, ensuring an engaging and valuable experience for attendees .
• Stay abreast of industry developments to ensure events remain at the forefront of market trends .

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Conference Producer
• Preferential experience within manufacturing/technical topics
• Excellent research and analytical skills with a pedantic attention to detail.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven Expertise in Cold Calling : Demonstrated ability to confidently initiate and conduct cold calls to potential prospects with a high level of professionalism and persuasiveness.
• Effective Prospecting Closure : Track record of successfully closing prospects over the phone through persuasive communication and a results-oriented approach.
• Phone Sales Confidence : Possesses the confidence and skills to navigate phone conversations, address objections, and secure commitments from prospects in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creativity and innovation in shaping conference agendas and content.

Education and Experience:

• Degree

Salary: £45,000- 50,000.00 per year OTE 100,000-120,000K
