My client is looking for a passionate Senior Architect with Conservation experience to join their close-knit team based in Oxford. This RIBA-chartered practice have developed a strong reputation across the UK for their innovative work within the Conservation sector. An award-winning practice that seeks to restore treasured buildings to their former glory whilst ensuring they are sustainable for the future. This post offers the opportunity to join a passionate practice with a strong pipeline of unique projects coming through in the next few months. The successful candidate can expect to work in a social and collaborative work environment with the opportunity for progression within the business.
An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate has substantial experience in the Conservation sector.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Conservation Architect:
- ARB-registered Architect (essential)
- Working towards/accredited in building conservation (essential)
- Proven job-running experience within the Conservation sector (essential)
- Experience in managing a team of Architects and Designers (essential)
- Strong knowledge of historic building conservation practices
- Passion for sustainable design
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Confident engaging with clients/contractors
