Ideal candidate:
- Proficient using Procore.
- Organised individual who pays attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills

Duties include:
- Liaising with clients taking calls regarding aftercare issues that arise.
- Logging aftercare tasks in the portal.
- Closing out aftercare tasks in the portal once completed.
- Follow up calls with clients to ensure work has been satisfactory.
- Providing admin support to senior management.
- Acting as Procore champion for the business providing support to wider business when it comes to training and improving usage.
- Carrying out audit checks on Procore.
- Providing general admin support to the compliance team.
