Job title: Senior Construction Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: 75-80,000 per year
Location: Seascale
Hours of work: 38 hours Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Degree, NVQ level 6 qualification, HNC/HND or equivalent
- Min 10-15 years in a senior management role
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- Experience working in Nuclear or another highly regulated industry
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Chartered status
Role information:
- Managing a broad construction team
- Direct construction operations throughout the whole project lifecycle
- Support the project management team regarding construction aspects
- Ensure health and safety procedures and standards are implemented and adhered to
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Ensure projects are completed in an efficient and cost effective manner
