The construction management team at Natural Power are a friendly team of dedicated engineering professionals, delivering services on a broad range of renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth and high demand for our services, we are seeking to engage a Senior Construction Project Manager to provide a senior leadership role within the business, offering valued consultancy services, management of internal teams and mentoring of colleagues.
The main purpose of the role is to provide and deliver successful construction management consultancy services including providing leadership and mentoring support to the project management team to achieve the required objectives of delivering, developing and consolidating the renewables pre-construction and construction phase services provision within Natural Power.
The role will include actively managing the Construction Projects and a team of Construction Project staff at Natural Power, implementing such strategies, structures and management to enable continued delivery of high quality, profitable and consistent services. The role will facilitate services delivery across a variety of renewable sectors and geographies and include extensive client contact. From pre-construction to take over, the role will interact with cross disciplinary and key functional groups such as development, technical, asset management and due diligence. This role is governed by the will to lead a team of talented and committed engineering and project management professionals and enable successful delivery of projects for both Natural Power and our clients
