The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and delivering a range of Construction Projects, with a particular emphasis on housing developments.
Your role will involve extensive travel across the UK to ensure the seamless progression and completion of projects. Regular weekly updates with partners via phone ensure continuous alignment and project momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Construction Projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong focus on housing projects, with additional involvement in hotel and multi-storey developments.
- Utilize remote working tools effectively to maintain communication and project oversight.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a capacity to win new work and sustain business growth.
- Drive project outcomes, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- Degree in Project Management, with a strong preference for candidates who are chartered or nearing chartered status.
- Extensive experience in housing and commercial Construction Projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects remotely, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed across the UK.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management, winning new work
