We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis within our asset & wealth management practice in London
The opportunity:
The asset & wealth management practice provide specialist advisory and implementation services business operations, risk, corporate governance and technology change.
You will:
- Play a prominent role in client engagements - leading workstreams and / or taking end-to-end ownership for producing deliverables with appropriate input from others and receiving positive feedback from clients and Sionic colleagues.
- Utilise relevant tools and techniques and best practice approaches within the firm.
- Aid colleagues in understanding and applying strong consultancy skills evidenced through client and colleague feedback.
- Contribute to the business development process, e.g. preparing proposals, with the support of others.
- Contribute to developing others on client engagements and more broadly in the practice.
- Build subject matter expertise to develop your own specialism(s).
- Help to develop practice proposition in specialist area(s), including sharing knowledge.
- Participate in non-client related, firm-building activities
Capabilities required to do the role:
Essential:
- At least three years of investment management industry experience, which may be supplemented by other relevant, transferrable experience.
- Experience across multiple functions in a line role and / or project and change experience.
- Liaison, communication and relationship building track record/skills - managing clients and / or other stakeholders consultatively, effectively and efficiently.
- Professional investments industry qualification is desirable but not essential (either IOD, IMC, CAIA, CISI, CFA) or accounting industry (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) etc.
