Senior Business Consultant (Organisational Development)
We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join the Organisational Development team with our client based in the central belt. In this role, you will provide advice, guidance, support, and tools to improve corporate performance and encourage continuous improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver processes to drive corporate performance and continuous improvements across the business
- Work with Agency Board and Corporate Leadership Team to articulate the organisations strategic direction
- Ensure that the strategic priorities articulated in corporate plans are cascaded down to individual team plans
- Develop a framework and guidance for internal planning
- Collect performance updates and produce performance reports for a range of audiences including the Agency Board, Corporate Leadership Team, Portfolio Management Teams
- Carry out ad hoc reviews of different areas of the business to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Benchmark and work with external partners and stakeholders from a variety of public and private sector organisations in the delivery of innovative Organisational Development initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the public sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of corporate planning processes and performance management
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field

Salary £39,595 - £44724 ( pay award pending)
