Immersive is looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Content Producer to work across key projects at an exciting time for the company. We want someone ready to jump in at the deep-end and take the reins on some of our world-class projects.

The right candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects and priorities. They will be focused on process and should enjoy navigating complex project structures and challenges. They will demonstrate an ability to lead and integrate multiple teams and project demands, whilst always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible to deliver the creative vision of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and managing multiple Critical Paths in line with client and internal requirements.
Craft and implement creative workflows reflecting the project's unique identity across multiple creative disciplines.
Create a collaborative team dynamic with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all contributions align cohesively with the project’s vision.
Managing project scope, with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects adhere to set specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
Develop compelling presentations and copy to communicate creative ideas
Defining and agreeing on project objectives and scope with clients and senior stakeholders (both internal and external).
Developing creative briefs for project teams and drawing through the messaging priorities of all content
Navigating and managing changes in project scope - Ensuring that both client and company needs are met as projects evolve.
Upholding and delivering the creative intention of projects.
Tracking, reporting and managing project risks
Ensuring quality assurance standards are met across all project deliverables
Coordinating communications and meetings between clients, teams, stakeholders and senior management
Planning and assigning tasks, as well as managing workflows of internal and external teams
Preparing and Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts, NDAs, SOWs).
Providing advice on the management of projects
Using Wrike, G-Suite, Hub Planner and other project management tools and native processes to keep track of people, cost and progress
Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors and preparing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts, NDAs, SOWs).
Monitoring subcontractors to ensure standards and deliverables are maintained
Taking client briefs and translating them into clear and effective delivery plans
Attending client-facing and collaborative meetings and events as needed
Key Qualities
Experience in multi-disciplinary work, across sectors such as Animation, video, live events, architectural installations, theatre, interactive software and experiential events
Experience in delivering immersive experiences and large-scale global events
Ability to translate complex creative ideas into deliverable projects.
Experience in client management and relationship building.
Experience developing and managing large, complex budgets and project plans (1 million+ GBP ).
Experience in team leadership and line management.
Experienced in working on projects across different time zones.
Experienced in risk management processes.
Ability to work across multiple projects at different stages of development.
Computer Literacy; adept on all Google Apps and Microsoft Office Apps.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skill and experience
Experience working with Slack, Wrike, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Languages - English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish or Arabic
Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods to oversee onsite operation and coordination.
