JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will take control of the management of projects, both operationally and commercially.

Job role:

• To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operations meeting in conjunction with the client.
• Working with other Operations Managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
• Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.
• Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
• Managing and overseeing our larger projects, where you will be submitting comprehensive reports to our clients. This will mean both a split of office and site time, where you will be visiting the jobs to ensure works are running to schedule. 
• Responsible for preparing, managing, supervising and taking accountability for the estimates instructed on.
• Coordinating the subcontractors and progress of the works. 
• Submitting payment requests. 
• Planning of materials and ordering of parts to ensure jobs are organised. 
• Establishing good relationships with the clients and client teams

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Experience in the Building Services industry
• Client facing experience
• Senior Project Management experience
• A natural born problem solver. 
• Ability to use own initiative.
