Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join an NHS Fleet Management Department on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a portfolio of contracts and information processes and ensuring delivery of provider contracts commissioned by the Trust
- Supporting the assessment of needs, deciding priorities, setting contracts and targets, and analysing data
- Analysing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative finance, performance, and business intelligence
- Working with associate and external contract managers to develop information to support the Trust in financial settlements, reviews of financial risk, mitigating action plans, and impact of these plans.
- Reviewing and interpreting management reports on all contractual SLAs
- Manage external contracts and hold to account on deliverables in line with KPIs and terms of contract.
- Improve efficiency and contract performance
- Escalating and managing contract issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in Contract Management, ideally within the NHS or similar public sector organisation
- Well developed negotiating and relationship building skills
- Extensive knowledge of Contract Management, Cost Improvement, CQUIN, etc
- Commercial contract experience
Location – Remote working with frequent travel across the East of England area
