This respected practice with a rich 30-year-old heritage is currently in search of a Senior Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team.
They have tripled in size in the last 12 months and the Firm has already made several key hires and there are no signs of them slowing down. The firm's origins date back over 40 years and is known for providing one of the best Conveyancing, Family and Private Client services across the South-East region. They have impressively grown over the last few months since the restructure began and have a strong, long-standing, HNW clientele.

Your new role
The firm is expanding its operations to meet the growing demand of its clients, and as a result, they are looking for a talented Residential Property solicitor with a strong desire to grow with the team.

They are looking for a Head of Residential Property 5+ years PQE to join them. You will deal with all aspects of Residential Property, including flat and house sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and freehold acquisitions. The purpose of the team is to provide an efficient and highly personal Residential Property service by ensuring that each client has direct access to an individual who will progress their matter from instruction to completion.
A significant number of the teams' instructions come from existing clients and recommendations resulting in a strong HNW client base. In this role, you will be leading the Residential Conveyancing team across two offices and assisting the firm in the growth of the department.
The Requirements:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of experience.
- Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Excellent business development skills.
- You will have a strong desire to grow with the firm.
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail.

The basics are roughly £70,000 salary and the bonus is discretionary, 20% of paid bills over three times salary (the bonus may also have their support on top).
