SalarySENIOR CONVEYANCER - Birkenhead
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Conveyancer to join our client's team. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and ensuring all legal requirements are met. This is a crucial role that requires excellent time management, IT, organizational, and communication skills. You will lead a team of 3 and be responsible for the development and progression of your team members.
WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW
- Up to £38,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday
- 35 hours per week
A SNAPSHOT OF THE SENIOR CONVEYANCER'S DAY
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process
- Deal with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Deal with different types of property tranasctions including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership to name a few
- Allocate the workload within the team
- Work with the team to achieve the financial target set for the year
- Identify training needs within the team
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Calculate and verify financial figures such as taxes, fees, and mortgage payments
- Attend closings to ensure all documents are properly executed and funds are disbursed accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client information
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property transactions
