The creative team consists of graphics designers, copywriters, campaign managers and motion designers. The team sit within the wider marketing team, working across all the group brands to make business and customers needs.

You will have the opportunity to to plan, create, edit, and manage content to inform, attract, retain, and educate our customers both in the lending and savings markets as well as OSB colleagues across the business.
In this varied and interesting role,you will work across both traditional and digital channels including customer correspondence, email marketing, social media marketing and advertising alongside creating content strategies across the groups brands.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Creating communications and copies that puts our customers (b2b/b2c) at the heart of what you do, and champion what they’re looking for both now and in the future.
- Advising on multi-channel customer journey content flow for different segments. Be it for CRM, advertising campaigns, social media to ensuring the right information at the right time in the journey.
- Working within a creative team, collaborating effectively with designers, motion designers and campaign managers.
- Proactively reviewing and implementing consistency of tone of voice for all correspondence across all our brands.
- Working to create engaging advertising campaigns targeted at B2C and B2B customers.
- Producing copy for non-discretionary business critical communication, including, but not limited to letters, internal business updates, client emails, application forms and T&C’s.
- Leveraging market data i.e. facts and figures to develop themes and topics for content and building out an editorial calendar which is relevant to our different brands.

- Previous creative copywriting experience in a commercial environment across all marketing channels is essential.
- Detailed knowledge of a range of idea generation techniques is essential.
- Advanced skills in respect of working to tight deadlines are essential.
- Previous experience working within the financial services industry is advantageous.
