Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, North West London, £80 – 110k DOE+ plus bonus, hybrid

Fantastic opportunity with a prestigious, full service law firm with a rich tradition of excellence. The Firm is seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to become an integral part of their thriving Corporate Team. The role is also part of a contingency plan to take over the lead in the department in the short to medium term.

The Role:

As a member of the Corporate Team, you will advise clients in various commercial and corporate law matters, ranging from start-ups to mature companies, working with a very diverse group of client sectors. The team excels in transactional work, staying abreast of industry trends, and understanding regulatory developments. Collaboration with colleagues in Employment, Private Client, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and international counsel reflects their commitment to success through unity.

Key Duties:

• Advising on corporate wrappers (onshore and offshore)
• Loan facility agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Company formations, reorganisations, and restorations
• Company secretarial matters
• Corporate advice on FCA Approvals
• Corporate finance initiatives
• EMI, CSOP, SIPs, and Growth Share schemes
• GDPR & Data Protection
• Information Technology
• Limited Liability Partnerships & Partnerships
• Management Buyouts
• Master services agreements and data processing agreements for IT outsourcing companies
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Shareholder and Partnership Agreements

Requirements:

• 4- 6+ years PQE in Corporate Commercial work
• Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload on a daily basis.
• Excellent IT skills, proficiency in Office 365, and familiarity with case management systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative-taking and proactive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Highly organised and logical approach
• Strong team skills with adaptability and flexibility
