This role would see you join the firms highly rated corporate team, you will have the opportunity to work with within a dynamic group on a diverse range of corporate matters, with great exposure to high-calibre work and varied clients. The successful candidate should have experience with private M&A and general company law, with experience of company restructurings, working with start-ups, and private equity would also be advantageous.
