An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established international law firm as a Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer.

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Lawyer to join its reputable Legal 500 ranked law firm located in Manchester.

The firm works with clients in varied industry sectors such as energy, retail, construction, or education.

As their Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer, you will be involved in a wide range of tax advisory work and advise your clients on varied tax aspects including joint ventures, commercial properties, urban projects, and corporate share sales.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, transactional drafting, report writing, junior staff training, and participating in business development activities.

Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant experience ideally gained in a national or international law firm
• Excellent academic record
• First class technical skills
• Top notch communication skills
