This leading nationwide cosmetic surgery provider are currently in search for an experienced Nurse to join their team in their Central London Clinic for pre and non-immediate post op care. They specialise in cosmetic surgical procedures for face, body and breast.

What's in it for you:
The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Nursing team to provide effective and patient focused care, ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. Your patients will have a variety of cosmetic procedures including Breast Enlargements, Breast Reconstruction, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Rhinoplasty and Face Lists to name a few.
You will have a number of duties which includes conducting pre-operative care to patients undergoing cosmetic procedures ensuring they are fit for surgery, post-operative care, patient education, taking bloods, wound care, stock management and liaising all relevant information between surgeons, clinical staff and administrative team. You will be working closely with the Senior Clinic Nurse, and she will ensure you feel fully supported in your position.
Shift Patterns:
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will be worked across Days Only.
The majority of shifts will be 09:30-17.30, but they do require typically one later shift per week which is 12:00-20:00 or 11:00 to 19:00. You will also be required to work 2 weekend days per month (meaning you will work one full weekend or 1 day across 2 weekends).
You will always have your rota 2 months in advance to ensure you are able to plan and manage your personal life, offering great work-life balance!
Once you are confident in the role, you will be given the option to take on the emergency on-call phone. This is completely optional, but if opted in, offers you the opportunity to earn some extra money!
What can you bring:
– RGN with NMC registration
– Previous experience in a surgical setting – cosmetic experience is not essential
– Confident in wound care and phlebotomy
– Passion to work in the cosmetic industry
