Senior Credit Controller

We are working with a local kitchen manufacturing business who are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join their finance team.

Salary; Up to £30,000 pa

Job duties and responsibilties as aSenior Credit Controller;

• Effective collection of overdue accounts to collection targets.
• Complex account reconciliations.
• Final Accounting and retention release.
• Posting ledger transactions.
• Issuing Applications / Invoices and supporting documentation.
• Query handing and investigation.
• Weekly cashflow forecasting.
• Customer account maintenance.
• Reviewing credit limits.

Essential Skills:

• Strong Credit background (5 years+).
• Previous Credit Control Experience (ideally within a small team environment).
• Construction Industry ideal (or similar complex collections background).
• B2B Collections.
• Strong Excel Skills.
• Ability to build relationships / Strong communicator.
• Analytical approach.
• Previous training / coaching experience.
• GCSE or equivalent Math’s and English.
• Chartered Institute of Credit Management is desirable but not required.
