Senior Crm Executive

Gleeson are delighted to be partnering with a national, market leading professional services business in their search for a Senior CRM Executive to join their team due to an internal promotion.

You will be the technical subject matter expert for the CRM platform, you will own the day-to-day processes and support the CRM Technology Manager on implementation of projects and the longer-term strategy for CRM at the business.

This role will sit within the Business Development team for the firm.

The main responsibilities will cover 3 core areas:

• You will play a lead role in improving the use of IA through processes that lead to better data.
• You will become a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing solutions & advice to help them meet their goal efficiently.
• You will add value to using the CRM database through system development and upgrade.

"What skills would I need to be considered for this role?"

• Knowledge of a CRM system and its usage for business development.
• Understanding of the technical aspects of CRM, and integrating CRM data with other data sources.
• Project management experience and ability to run simple projects without supervision.
• Ability to contribute towards process improvements and proactively suggest new ideas.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence individuals at all levels.
• Experience in training and support in production of training courses.

This role can be based out of their Birmingham, Manchester or Glasgow offices, so if you're a candidate with solid CRM experience in a B2B space and can commute to any of those locations 2 days per week, this could be a great opportunity for you.
