With unlimited funds to drive this exciting opportunity, they are now looking to appoint a Senior CRM Executive, who will continue to support the organisations accelerated growth at both a strategic and 'hands-on' delivery level.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role is pivotal in executing our CRM strategy while leading a team of dedicated CRM and CRM data executives. Responsible for the CRM programme for the business, you'll be focused on retaining and growing the existing customer and prospect base, utilising all communications channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the CRM strategy in collaboration with the CRM Manager
• Lead a team to ensure high-quality campaign delivery, particularly within Marketo
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights for enhancements
• Develop and implement various campaigns and programs using Marketo
• Manage CRM database, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally for effective campaign lifecycle management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of CRM experience with a proven track record
• Expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, and ESP utilization
• Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
• Ability to manage teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about innovation in CRM and driven by results
