Senior Custody Nurse or Paramedic

Are you a Nurse or Paramedic currently working in the Custody environment?
Do you have 12 months+ experience, would you like a new career challenge? Manage a small team of HCP's within the Custody suites.

What can i earn? 
-£45,000 per annum
-However, with typical overtime shifts at premium rates, based on actual previous data, that's another £3,500.
-Refer a friend and receive £500.
What are the minimum requirements? 
-You'll be a qualified RN Adult, RMN's (with dual registration), RGNs or Paramedics 
-Minimum of 12 months previous Custody experience, 2 years post qualification experience, General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Walk in Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare, Mental Health, or Ambulance Service) as an Adult RN
-3 years UK residency  
-You'll need a current manual driving license with no restrictions to sometimes travel to other custody suites or local hospitals.
-All candidates are subject to police vetting checks.
What does the role involve?
Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs providing detained individuals with accurate assessments and assuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. Looking at Rota gaps and covering as required. You will manage the HCPs ensuring they are supervised and appraised appropriately. Acting as management you will work as a part of an integrated team with the Clinical lead and Lead senior to ensure that the local processes comply with National Clinical Governance Standards and the Forces specific needs.
