The business is looking to hire a new Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build the category, channel and customer plans. The business achieved record profits last year so it’s a fantastic time to join!

Key responsibilities:
- Own the category vision and strategy across the entire business.
- Lead the development of Category/Shopper Activation excellence.
- Drive an Omni-channel approach to create value through enhanced visibility.
- Foster strong external relationships with key retail customers.
- Nurture, develop and manage the team of 6 direct reports.
Key skills required:
- You will need to have extensive Customer Marketing experience, ideally from a Retail/FMCG background.
- Proven team and people management experience
- Experience working across multiple brands and multiple retailers is essential
- Category management & shopper marketing experience would be beneficial
