The business is looking to hire a new Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build the category, channel and customer plans. The business achieved record profits last year so it’s a fantastic time to join!

Key responsibilities:

• Own the category vision and strategy across the entire business.
• Lead the development of Category/Shopper Activation excellence.
• Drive an Omni-channel approach to create value through enhanced visibility.
• Foster strong external relationships with key retail customers.
• Nurture, develop and manage the team of 6 direct reports.

Key skills required:

• You will need to have extensive Customer Marketing experience, ideally from a Retail/FMCG background.
• Proven team and people management experience
• Experience working across multiple brands and multiple retailers is essential
• Category management & shopper marketing experience would be beneficial
