Senior Customer Relations Advisor
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to£28,000 - DOE + Fantastic Benefits Package
The Company:
We are working with a leading legal expenses provider in the Bristol area who have a number of exciting opportunities available in their complaints team.

The Role:
Working alongside the claims team, your responsibilities will include responding to customer complaints, liaise with all parties connected to the complaint and in accordance with the Company’s FCA commitments and ethos of customer service.
You will maintain and review relevant statistics and information to identify areas for improvement and training needs for the wider Claims team.
The Required Skills:
Claims Handling experience from a legal or insurance background is Essential
Understanding of FCA regulated environment
Insurance experienced is preferable but not essential
LEI experience is preferable but not essential
2 Years worth of relevant experience
You will need a good eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
