What you'll be doing:
- As the designated point of contact for the Aviva team, the role involves handling German language-related requirements. This includes collaborating with policyholder and IFA networks in Germany. Dealing with all policy related queries.
- Working as part of an exciting new team.
- Responsibilities encompass translating client and company literature into German, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear communication of complex or legal nuances.
- Efficiently supporting customers, including German customers and IFAs, through phone, letters, email, and system-generated tasks is crucial.
- You will be maintaining productivity and quality benchmarks, understanding administered contracts, and staying updated on relevant legislation.
