Hays Technology are supporting a professional services organisation based in Bristol to recruit a permanent Senior Cyber Security Analyst. The role can be hybrid / remote depending on the individuals preferences and will pay circa £70,000 depending on your experience. This organisation has a fantastic culture and are committed to ED&I.
Your new role
In the role, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining best practice across Cyber Security for the organisation and you will respond and manage IT security requests. Some day to day responsibilites includes providing and documenting security best practices, provide technical security solutions, undertake continual service improvement activities, conduct security incident response, interacting with wider teams to support Cyber Security.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to have strong experience and a similar Cyber Security position, ideally working within a professional services environment, although this industry experience isn't essential. You will need to have relevant Certifications including CompTIA Security+, CEH or GIAC. You'll have proven experience in Cyber Security operations and in mitigating Cyber Security risk. Hands-on experience in the following technologies would be beneficial: Firewalls, Windows Server, Endpoint protection, Vulnerability management, Azure cloud security services and web application firewalls.
