Your work will primarily involve consulting, focusing on comprehending our clients' businesses, building trust, securing projects, and providing Cyber Security expertise. This includes strategic and advisory tasks as well as secure solution design. Success in this role requires the ability to work on multiple projects and engage with numerous stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Offer advice surrounding OT Cyber Security
• Provide guidance to clients that addresses both routine operations and new projects.
• Apply your knowledge and innovative thinking to a wide range of complex, non-routine scenarios related to people, processes, and technology in the field of cyber risk management.
• Establish effective security governance to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify the most cost-effective deployment of security controls to safeguard environments.
• Develop client policies and procedures that comply with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Select appropriate technology to meet clients' security needs and assist in deploying this technology.
• Lead technically diverse teams on client projects.
• Foster strong working relationships with team members, key clients, and stakeholders, enhancing the value of the Cyber Security services provided.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering technical Cyber Security consultancy
• Experience in conducting assessments on operational industrial facilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to articulate and present Cyber Security advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders within client organisations.
• Proficient in handling multiple projects and tasks concurrently,
• Ability to manage business and client priorities while meeting security objectives within tight deadlines and aligning with client stakeholder expectations.
• Strong aptitude for working independently and leading teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the procurement, design, deployment, and operation of OT/ICS systems.
• Familiarity with one or more OT Cyber Security standards or regulatory frameworks
• Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially internationally.
• Having experience within critical national infrastructure is desired.
