It’s a high paced outcome-focused space where you will need to engage your passion, resilience and proactivity. We promise you will be supported and challenged, provided with multiple opportunities to learn, and given room to add value and make a difference to others.

What do we offer
27 days leave (increasing with length of service) plus 8 bank holidays
Flexible working (we are happy to discuss options such as compressed hours or reduced hours)
Flexi time
Hybrid working model (we are currently working largely remotely)
Career development
Active wellbeing and inclusion networks
Excellent pension
NHS Car lease scheme
Access to a wide range of benefits and high street discounts!
Please note we may close the vacancy early should we receive a high number and calibre of applications
You will be technically highly capable, skilled at working with a breadth of business intelligence tools and analytical techniques to collate complex and sensitive data sets, model, analyse and visualise value-adding data outputs.
You will establish requirements and ensure outputs meet business requirements, within a robust governance framework, and build data credibility. You will actively help others understand the context and broader storyboard of your data outputs.
You will manage our people data technical solution ensuring the foundational data flows, tables, relationships and functionality are developed and fit for purpose.
You will enjoy working on multiple parallel tasks with a variety of task types, customers, methodologies and deadlines. You will be resilient, positive and always looking for solution improvements.
A passionate collaborator, you will be adept at building relationships and helping to simplify the complexity of data for others. You will be as much at ease in talking to others as you are sat at the keyboard.
You will play a key role in the development of your colleagues; whilst at present the role does not hold line management responsibility, you will help improve others’ data capabilities. You will participate in robust peer review conversations to share knowledge and drive standards.
