The ideal hire - an experienced Data Analyst that's worked with Python, Tableau and SQL, ideally with 5+ years' commercial experience. That's really about it! You'll work on a variety of projects both internal and external-facing (e.g. internal reports, forecasting systems) and are curious enough to want to know how things work and how you can improve them, so that analytical mind of yours will come in handy.
The company - private, profitable, 40-strong and growing.
The package - £50,000-60,000 base plus bonus (typically 15-20%). You can choose whether to be hybrid (just outside Milton Keynes) or fully remote; they also have outside caterers bring in freshly-cooked meals and have regular social events (both on-site and in Milton Keynes). Also, they offer all starters a "tech pack" worth £4,000, which you can spend on a new MacBook, ergonomic chair and headphones or anything else that'll give you the optimal working setup.
