Salary: Up to £48,000 - Depending on experience and skills
What you'll be doing:Activities working directly with Customers to understand their requirements & dataDevelopment activities to support the embedding of MDM throughout BAE SystemsActivities to support the development of data governance/data quality practices in support of MDM & other Data services throughout BAE SystemsActivities supporting the operation of MDM tools throughout BAE Systems, providing advice & training as required
Your skills and experiences:Essential:
Experience of working with MDM tools (Semarchy, TIBCO EBX, Informatica), using datasets from multiple business domainsExperience of working with customers on MDM projects to understand their requirementsExperience of communicating complex technical processes to customers in an understandable wayExperience of building data services including aspects of creating design specifications, data modelling/conditioning/integration, improving data quality, data governance, testing and deployment/supportRecent experience of working with SQL, writing queries using multiple tables, and interpreting results
Desirable:
Experience working with ETL tools such as SSISIT / Computer Science related degree or hands-on experience working in a Business Data/Master Data Management environment
