Description
- Provide expert advice to clients on a daily basis on data protection.
- Help develop and grow the data protection function of the firm.
- Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.
- Promoting the firm to new and existing clients, building relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in data protection laws.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development activities.
Profile
A successful 'Senior Data Protection Associate/Director' should have:
- Proven experience in business development and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- An excellent understanding of data protection laws and GDPR.
- Experience managing a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A degree in Law or a related field.
