What Are We Looking For?
You’ll be creating and developing Machine Learning solutions and undertaking advanced statistical analysis using a variety of feeds and sources to determine the supply and demand of hotel rooms, and optimising hotel selling prices, as well as using the latest generative AI technologies to streamline hotel operations.
Who Are You?
- PhD in a numerate discipline (statistics, mathematics, physics, data science, etc.) from a top-ranked institution
- Good understanding of machine learning principles (experimental design, statistical distributions and test, machine learning algorithms)
- 2+ years industry experience
- Coding experience (e.g. Python, numpy, etc)
- Comfortable writing SQL queries
- Team player
- Creative thinker
- Good at communicating ideas to non-specialists
Desirable:
- Have professional experience in software development
- Have research experience in a mathematics/statistics field
- Have experience in price optimisation
