Senior Delivery Consultant

Cooper Lomaz is seeking highly driven and experienced Senior Delivery Consultants / Account Managers, preferably with backgrounds in IT, Engineering, Finance, or Contract recruitment, to join our team based in Norwich.

Role Overview:

The role of a Senior Delivery Consultant is a varied position, where you get to work with a range of exciting businesses and talented candidates. In this role you will manage exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates and match the candidate with their perfect job. Whilst each day is different, you will typically find yourself doing the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Advertising jobs and searching for candidates
• Speaking with candidates to understand their skills and motivations
• Sending CVs, arranging interviews, and managing offers
• Networking on social media
• Meeting candidates and clients

Required Skills:

• Recruitment experience
• A great telephone manner
• Proven success in meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Engineering, IT, Finance or Contract Engineering Recruitment Experience
• Experience managing a team
• Familiarity with Bullhorn
• A large LinkedIn presence
• Located in Norwich

Further Details:

• Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday 08:30 - 17:30, Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
• Flexible working is available for those with childcare commitments.

• A highly competitive salary of GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 (DOE)

Working Location:
