Role responsibilities include;
Utilise historical data, market trends, and inputs from sales teams to build an accurate demand forecast.
Analyse demand patterns and identify factors that may impact demand fluctuations.
Identify and implement forecasting software
Minimise unplanned spikes in production through better forecasting and data interrogation.
Drive forecast accuracy, root cause analysis and action planning.
Perform market analysis.
Key skills required;
Proven Demand Planning experience
Strong analytical & Advanced Excel skills
FMCG industry experience
Understanding of S&OP process
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
