To assess, diagnose and treat nutrition related problems in the renal population. Proactively support patients & their health care team to manage abnormal biochemistry, and undertake regular SGAs To work with the team to develop patient education resources. To contribute to QA meetings to improve patient care, treatment and outcomes. To develop and arrange training for members of the multidisciplinary and dietetic team as required. To develop practice by undertaking evidence-based audit and project work.
