It's not only about the systems experience you have but your ability to demonstrate how you can learn and implement knowledge of new systems you adopt.About youReporting to the Digital Communications Manager, you'll lead our mass email communications dealing with data-led campaigns. You'll also be someone with experience of using social media in a professional capacity. You'll be a values-driven person who believes in the power of Digital Communications to make a positive difference to people.Most importantly though, you'll be a self-starter. Someone who has a passion for the work that they do. Someone who loves working autonomously to constantly improve systems and processes, solve problems and ask challenging questions.If you're passionate about making a difference and keen to bring your digital skills to an organisation that values real, lasting impact over metrics, then we can't wait to meet you.Knowledge and skills:Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience E)A track record of developing and implementing digital strategies, creating content and managing communities, using analytics to drive decision making. (E)Experience in segmenting key audience groups. (D)Experience of delivering integrated digital projects alongside day to day digital channels management. (E)Experience in working with large datasets and analysing data to spot trends, errors and opportunities. (E)Experience of working with new and emerging technologies and tools. (D)Experience of using a mass email marketing systems such as Dotdigital or Mailchimp. (E)Working knowledge of design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. (D)Ability to manage conflicting priorities and pressures effectively. (E)Experience of delivering integrated social media projects alongside day to day social media management.
