We are a specialist marketing agency working with event organisers and businesses to support them across a wide range of marketing activities.

The Role

We are looking for a candidate to join our growing digital marketing unit, TEMBO DIGITAL, as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The TEMBO DIGITAL team is focused on the setup and management of website analytics (in particular GA4) and PPC advertising campaigns for our clients.

The main responsibility for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be the successful delivery of PPC advertising campaigns for multiple clients at any given time. Budgets and industry sectors can vary significantly, meaning an ability to learn about a new client quickly will be key to success in the role.

You will need to have strong past experience in the setup and use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Google Ads network, and the Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms (ideally 3+ years).

Experience in twitter / X ads, TikTok ads and programmatic advertising platforms would be beneficial but are not an absolute must for a successful application.

Please note that you will need to be able to brief in for the creation of copy and creatives which are suitable for these platforms in the context of their respective ad requirements.

You will need to be able to manage multiple clients’ campaigns simultaneously and be a strong, confident communicator – a key element of the role will be reporting into and managing the relationship with senior stakeholders at various clients.

The role will include the line management of Marketing Executives within the TEMBO DIGITAL team. Initially, this will be one Marketing Executive, but as the team grows, so will the scope of management responsibility for this role.

Training and support will be provided for this, meaning that while prior management experience is a benefit it is not a requirement for a successful application.

You will would be expected to come to the TEMBO office in Vauxhall, London, 3 days per week, and to work remotely 2 days per week.

Location:

• Vauxhall, London. We have a policy of minimum 3 days in the office per week, with up to 2 days working from home. Our office hours are 9-5:30, Monday-Friday.

Salary:

• £40k pro rata, depending on experience
