Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Copello have partnered with an award-winning channel marketing agency, in the recruitment of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, to join their business based in Basingstoke.

Reporting directly to the Demand Generation Manager the Digital Executive, plays a pivotal role in creating and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns that deliver results. You will collaborate closely with the Client Services Team to generate high-quality leads for clients and contribute to the overall success of the business through increasing brand awareness, digital sales leads, engagement, and conversion. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
• Utilise a data-driven approach to refine and optimise campaigns for maximum impact, providing insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance results
• Work closely with the Client Services Team and external suppliers to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and implement lead scoring to prioritise and route leads effectively
• Collaborate with the Client Services Team to create compelling and targeted content including ad copy and other collateral
• Build profitable paid digital campaigns using Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Monitor and analyse the performance of demand generation campaigns
• Create end of campaign reports that are informative and insightful, making recommendations for how results can be improved
• Manage and segment the marketing database for targeted campaign execution

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in demand generation or Digital Marketing - approximately 2-3 years 
• Proven experience in using Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms
• A tech enthusiast
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas

This position is offering a salary of £30K-£35K DoE.
