Key Responsibilities:

PPC Strategy and Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across various platforms.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
• Manage healthy PPC budgets, exploring new channels and testing creative approaches to drive lead generation.

Website Management and SEO Optimisation:

• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimised for lead generation and user experience.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive quality traffic to the website.
• Conduct regular audits and updates to enhance website performance and conversion rates.

Creative Refresh and Innovation:

• Spearhead creative refresh initiatives for PPC ads to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging PPC channels, exploring new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our PPC and website strategies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Cross-Channel Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC and website strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on cross-channel projects to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
• Share insights and best practices with team members to drive overall marketing success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on PPC and website management.
• In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads. 
• Paid Social Media Experience across Meta. 
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
