Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent - full time
Hours: Monday to Friday -9.00 am - 5pm
COMPANY PROFILE

A charity-based membership organisation based in the heart of Welwyn Garden City are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join there thriving Marketing and Communications team on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have previous line management expertise and have extensive Digital Marketing experience at Senior management level and be able to help produce the Digital marketing strategy, as well as rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the Marketing and Communications team to launch Digital Marketing campaigns, including webpage design/build, online advertising, optimising search engine performance as well as roll out of social media assets.
Help build and implement a digital content strategy
Work with colleagues, across the charity to optimise the online customer journey and user experience
Coordinate paid campaigns
Lead the management and development of social media activity
Lead the creation of compelling SEO-Optimised multi-media digital content, associated to the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Manage the performance of Digital Marketing executive.
Be the day-to-day contact for external website hosts and developers and the main contact for internal stakeholders on Digital Marketing matters
Advise on Budget forecasts.
SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong proven experience of Digital communication techniques, strategy and delivery, particular web, social media and Digital Marketing
Good knowledge of SEO, Organic and Paid Digital and marketing communication.
Proven track record of working with CMS to create & publish content.
Experience using a wide range of marketing communication tools for example Word Press, Google analytics etc
An understanding of customer journeys and user experience
Proven track record of producing creative, compelling and audience, specific multimedia content
Previous experience of managing and mentoring staff
Previous experience working within a charity / membership environment would be highly desirable.
