Job Summary
Working for a globally recognised brand you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of online marketing activities across a range of brand websites in the UK, EU and USA.
You will work collaboratively across functions, including the brand teams, online team and agencies to coordinate activities across a range of channels, and update these regularly to optimise performance.
General duties to include:
- Develop and manage the budget, planning and delivery of digital media and marketing activities including search, affiliates, aggregators, programmatic display, partnerships and social media
- Plan and lead the Digital Marketing strategy, acting as the brand's Digital Marketing champion
- Use data to drive targeted advertising and messaging, developing and implementing digital media and marketing strategies that deliver commercial and brand value
- Design traffic driving plans, tracking conversion rates across channels
- Lead the email marketing channels for all brands
- Manage and enhance SEO to drive organic traffic
- Coordinate reporting and performance analysis of all digital campaign activities, evaluating scenarios for ROI performance, and providing recommendations to the Head of Ecommerce, the Heads of Brands and key stakeholders on optimisations
- Work closely with the brand teams and Chief Marketing Officer to build and deliver the wider marketing strategy
- Co-develop marketing campaigns with the Brand teams ensuring the full suite of Digital Marketing channel support
- Create and deliver Digital Marketing training
Key Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in paid media channel execution, both tactical and strategic
- Experience of driving business growth with innovative, demand generation and prospecting campaigns, working with key partners/channels including Google, Meta, affiliates and media buyers
- Comfortable setting and delivering against a range of performance metrics and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of digital channels and their role as part of a multi-channel marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing effectiveness and performance
- An understanding of key SEO principals and how to monitor and implement them
- A creative eye and the ability to judge the right creative assets by execution channel
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

- Financially astute, ability to understand performance and drive commercial results
