Senior Director Clinical Trial Supply Chain And Imp Management

Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Director for Clinical Trial Supply Chain andIMP Management. This position is centered on managing and expanding the global business in Cell & Gene IMP Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of performance, meeting deadlines and cost targets, and ensuring patient safety. This role is available in Germany, London, or Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the global business in the field of Cell & Gene IMP Management.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of performance within set timelines, meeting cost targets, and ensuring patient safety.
• Translate portfolio strategy into platform/trial requirements and ensure these requirements are followed.
• Provide perspective on feasibility into the platform/portfolio core team and/or other strategic decision-making bodies.
• Define performance objectives and manage performance for the function and other dedicated subfunctions needed in the field of individualized therapies.

Requirements

• Experience in Clinical Trial Supply Management for Cell & Gene Therapies.
• Proven ability to develop platform/portfolio strategy for global Clinical Trials for Cell & Gene therapies.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and study drug logistics, including special requirements such as CoI/CoC management, demand- and capacity planning.
• Experience managing multiple individualized trial platforms and portfolios.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and international GMP, GDP, and GCP guidelines.
• Understanding of electronic systems supporting Clinical Trial Supply Management and standard office software proficiency.
• Knowledge of budget and performance management in IMP.
• Skills in Change and Project Management.
