Description
- Lead the strategic planning process for the D2C business
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic D2C initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify new D2C opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive D2C strategies to drive profitable growth
- Work closely with Product Divisions to understand market trends and market-share data, to develop a deep understanding of the core priorities and challenges
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor key competitor proposition developments
- Evaluate D2C best-practice initiatives from other subsidiaries, adapting for the UK market
- Build a deep understanding of consumer needs, sharing with other D2C teams to factor into their planning and execution
- Monitor ecommerce & category market trends and performance
- Lead multi-functional D2C team to increase adoption and usage of the App
- Manage 1 x direct report
Profile
A successful Senior DTC Strategy Manager should have:
- Demonstrable experience in DTC strategy development and planning
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- You will have strong strategic, analytical and commercial competence
- A successful influencer with natural gravitas; excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, creative problem solver and very resilient
- Ecommerce experience; ideally gained within a commercial eCommerce role
Job Offer
- Basic salary: £76,000 - £98,000 per annum
