Salary Position: Senior Account Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid, Flexible)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000
An eCommerce agency in the heart of Manchester are looking to add to their client services team. They are seeking someone from an eCommerce agency background, who has extensive experience in managing client relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to the growth and success of the agency.
Responsibilities Include:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Contact reports
* Meeting agendas
* Resolve client conflicts promptly
* Develop a deep understanding of the client industries
* Identify fresh commercial prospects
* Manage full projects
* Manage budgets
Experience Required:
* Experience in a senior client services position within an agency
* eCommerce agency experience, or similar
* Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Experience providing top-class service to a portfolio of clients
* Ability to work effectively within deadlines
* Experience managing budgets
* Experience managing and translating client briefs
