My client is an independent building services engineering firm who provide focused and quality services to a range of clients across various projects. My client is looking to recruit a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their offices in Sheffield.
Responsibilities for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer include:
- Work under limited to no supervision to monitor budgets and expenditure to meet financial targets and meeting agreed deadlines
- Representing the client both internally and externally
- Managing small to medium projects
- Responsible for the design and delivery of projects which could have a major impact on the management of the business
- Help contribute to the growth and development of others by providing training and mentorship
- Predicting and planning future resources which may include setting up new projects
Requirements for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer:
- MEng or HND within an Electrical or Building Services Engineering field
- Strong experience within an Electrical Design Engineering after degree qualification
- Strong experience and knowledge of Building services and regulations within an Electrical Engineering role.
- IET or CIBSE membership
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Live within a commutable distance to their offices in Sheffield
