About The Role:
- Full engineering lifecycle exposure
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu

- Support & test bespoke products.
- Develop & improve Test Specifications.
- Identify & implement process improvements.
- Transfer testing of new products to manufacturing.
- Design & implement bespoke test equipment.
- Promote "Design for Manufacture" & "Design for Test".
- Support root cause analysis of test failures.
- Collaborate with production & design teams.
