Your New Employer
Your new employer is an innovative, industry leader in the EV space. They are uniquely looking to continue the build of their own charge points and create the internal components to ensure a world class design of their AC electric vehicle charging points. As a pioneer in their field, they have already achieved the design protype of their current SBC board and are looking to take this into mass production, with your oversight as a Senior Electronic Design Engineer contributing to this essential stage in their growth. They are looking for people to join their entrepreneurial and founding team.
Your New Role
You will be tasked with being one of the only Senior Electronic Design Engineers for scaling up an existing high-speed digital eight-layer single board computer to mass production form part of a charging point for AC vehicle charge points. The opportunity is a very exciting chance to contribute and shape something foundational in the business and your role will extend to you being able to oversee the final product launch to market.
Your Background
You will have between 3- 5 years’ experience at least in designing high speed 8-layer SBC board, with practicable experience in building these boards previously. You may have worked with raspberry pi or another similar interface to create these SBC boards. As Senior Electronic Design Engineer, you will be confident in overseeing design, with designing test plans and liaising with the production team. You do not need to have worked with EV chargers so this is an ideal opportunity to get involved with a rapidly expanding market of the future.
