Are you an experienced Employers Agent, looking for a new challenge?

 

Look no further, NCHA have an exciting opportunity to join the Pelham Architect Team.

 

We are looking for an experienced Employers Agent to act on behalf of NCHA and other external clients in the delivery of social housing new build developments across the East Midlands.

 

 

The Role

We are currently based in Sherwood Rise Nottingham and we are very excited about our move to Clifton in late 2024 to our brand new purpose built offices.

 

As part of a small team the role will involve working on several new build residential projects at once, acting as Employers Agent as described in JCT D&B contract and managing the activities of other Employers Agents and Clerks of the Works.

 

If you have experience in a supervisory or management role in connection with new build housing developments, we want to hear from you. If you are from a site management, construction management, Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent or Development project management background please apply!

 

This is a 35 hour full time role, with flexible working hours. The role will split between office, on site and home working.

 

Requirements

In addition to excellent communication and relationship skills you will have

  • Degree in a construction related discipline or considerable sector related experience
  • Current and relevant knowledge of building processes, particularly in the social housing sector, and applicable statutory requirements
  • Experience of managing, motivating and developing people
  • Valid Driving licence and access to a vehicle
